Refund Policy

Creating digital invitations, your event website and collecting RSVPs is free, so there is nothing to refund.

Printed stationery is made to order based on the design and details you approve, so we generally cannot offer a change-of-mind refund once an order is in production. If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as approved, contact us and we will reprint or refund it.

SMS credit packs are consumable. Credits you have already used are non-refundable. If you believe credits were charged in error, contact us and we will look into it.

Email us with your order details within a reasonable time of receiving your order. We aim to resolve refund requests promptly and fairly.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
