Managing Milestones lets you create digital invitations and an event website, collect RSVPs, send reminders, and order premium printed stationery. Some features are free; others — such as printed stationery and SMS credits — are paid, one-off purchases.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens under it. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to make purchases.

You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us the licence we need to host and display it and to deliver your invites and orders. You are responsible for the guests you add and the messages you choose to send, and for not using the service to send unlawful or unsolicited messages.

Paid items are charged at the price shown at checkout, in Australian dollars, through our payment provider. Printed stationery is made to order based on the design and details you approve. SMS credits are consumable and are used as you send messages.

We work hard to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for the service is limited, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
